Text Box:   Text Box: The course home page is where you can manage your individual courses.   Under no circumstances should you delete the “Manage” tab at the top of the page.  If you do, you will not be able to get to your course again.  It will have to be reloaded.   You can use the “Preferences” icon to change the information on this page.  The announcements for the course are on this page.   The “Lesson” tab is where you can place assignments for your course.  The use of the tab is up to you.  On this tab, you can determine who has access to the various portions of the course and the dates and times the information is available.   The “Resources” tab can be modified by your students to meet their needs.  It can include a dictionary, Google search engine, a calculator, or other course content.   The “Communication” tab has class rosters, course email, announcements, discussion boards, office hours and live chat if you want to use these features.
