Mrs. Petersen has been a full-time instructor of Gulf Coast Community
College since 2001. Before receiving her full-time
instructor status, she taught as an adjunct instructor for two years in
the Mathematics Division. Prior to
moving to Florida, she taught mathematics and computer science for the
Department of Defense School System in the Republic of Panama. She
also taught mathematics, English and elementary science while serving as
a Peace Corps Volunteer in the West African countries of Ghana and
Burkino Fasso. Mrs. Petersen has lived and worked in Kenya, East
Africa. |
